Wellbeing for 3rd–5th Grade Pupils is an original workbook focused on supporting mental health, self-reflection, and healthy relationships.

Through a playful format, children realize what brings them joy, what they need for rest, and how to manage emotions or stress. Each chapter offers simple, artistically styled activities, space for personal expression, and a short reflection.

  • Body & Motion – My favorite sports, short weekly challenges (e.g., 5 squats a day), connecting movement with mood.
  • Food & Energy – What I like and what makes me feel good, healthy snacks, hydration.
  • Friends & Kindness – What makes a good friend, the praise game, good deed of the week.
  • Tough Times – What calms me down, who I can talk to, what helps others.
  • My Strengths – Drawing a strength tree, what I’m good at, what makes me unique.
  • My Wellbeing Plan – What I want to try every day to feel good (in the form of a weekly sheet).
